What if my account looks impossible to recover?

If our model believes your case is almost certainly unrecoverable, we will say so. In that scenario, we do not recommend buying a letter just to “try something”.

Can you guarantee that my account will be restored?

No one can guarantee this. Platforms always keep the final decision. Our role is to remove amateur mistakes, present your case calmly, and give you the best possible written position.

Do you talk directly to the platform for me?

No. We do not log in or pretend to be you. You remain the one sending the appeal, but you are now sending a letter that reads like it was written for a risk analyst, not in panic.
